File Guidelines | Offset/Digital Printing
All design files should be setup as a CMYK color profile. Images should be at full requested print size and in Vector format (ai, eps, pdf) or at 300 dpi or higher and fully editable if in raster form (psd, pdf). All artwork needs to be setup with 1/8" bleed and crop marks. For best results regardless of program used make sure any effects are flattened/rasterized. Special effects can have undesired results on finished printed projects. Ideally in the case of Offset/Digital printed media your file/s will be submitted in both a pdf and in native formats (in case any additional tweaks are needed). File Guidelines | Screen Printing
Color profile isn't important in this case but all other requirements should be met. Images should be at full requested print size and in Vector format (ai, eps, pdf). There may be additional charges if artwork is presented in other formats. If you're using Photoshop or similar program, do you're best to make sure all your graphic elements, including text are converted to shapes/outlines and in worst case are at 300 dpi or higher and fully editable if in raster form (psd, pdf). Artwork for screen printing should be setup as spot colors without the use of ANY layer masks, gradients or effects. Ideally each color will be separated into its own layer, labeled as such and consist of a single compound path.
